Hey ladies! It seems that we are always on the look out for quick easy ways to get trimmer and healthier. I’m not a feminist, but I do think that we tend towards eating healthy more than guys – just sayin’ 😉 (Let me clarify that I’m aware of the many male health and fitness gurus out there…) Whether you’re looking for a slimmer waist line, toned muscle, or having better overall health, hopefully these tips will help you out.

Easy Ways to Improve Feminine Health

I don’t care what you stick in your mouth, if you are sitting around on your couch 24/7 you will have a very difficult time trying to slim down. Even light exercise will go a long way. Try taking a walk several times a week. If you’re ambitious, gradually transition into a short run at least 2-3x a week.

Other exercises are great and you can do many right in your own home with no equipment. Crunches, squats, and planks, are all ones that I love and definitely work for me. Listen to your body and figure out what works best for you (I think this will be a recurring theme in this post 😉 ). Create a simple routine and stick to it.
