Who likes to live burned out and exhausted? Yeah, I didn’t think anyone did. 😉 Maybe you always feel the need to hurry or you can never get everything done. Sound familiar? Then these tips should help you out!
1. Wake Up Earlier
This has had an amazing impact on my own life. Having an extra half hour or hour in the morning will allow you to feel like you are in control your day rather than your day controlling you.
Make sure you are still getting seven to eight hours of sleep every night. You may need to adjust a little and go to bed earlier too (It isn’t as hard as you think!).
2. Take ten minutes to relax/reflect/pray
Put away your phone or computer or whatever your mind is on, and make the time to totally chill out for ten minutes. This is a great thing to do early in your morning. Refresh you mind and inner self, and you’ll find your brain and body much more inspired, refreshed, and equipped for the great day ahead. We all know those days that seems to drag along and by 5pm we realize accomplished nothing at all. Yeah, those are the most inspired days of our lives (Ha ha! 🙂 ). Accomplishing goals, keeping calm, and staying inspired all at the same time can seem to be the farthest thing from our grasp. No worries! I got your back with a list of easy things that will help you stay motivated with your eyes focused on the important things. Don’t try to do everything at once. One step at a time, one day at a time, one amazing goal at a time. It simplifies everything!

Hey ya’ll! Here I am back from a little blogging break. I wasn’t planning to stay away forever in case you were starting to worry! 😉 Blogging actually takes a surprising amount of brain energy. But I say it’s totally worth if I can help ya’ll live better and more beautiful lives… and now I’m back quite prepared, refreshed, and energized.
